The conference was attended by the leaders and teachers of additional education, teachers and researchers of higher education institutions. The main objective of the scientific-practical conference was primarily the development of additional education aimed at the development of scientific, technical and educational research activities of students.

Plenary session was opened by Irina Anfalova, the head of education, additional education and socialization of students, Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk region, and Konstantin Zakharov, the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region . The head of the Palace Ivan Iogolevich told about the outcome of the internship for the distribution of modern models of successful socialization of children for the 2012-2013 years. Among other speakers was Nelly Ivanova from Moscow. She is a Methodist of the laboratory "Art" at the State educational institution "Technology Training". Nelly Ivanova was talking about technology teaching of gifted children and children in need of special training conditions. A lot of listeners got interested in her unique designs "Mechanisms of Leonardo" and "Stained Glass".  At the end of the official part Dmitri Korneev, an associate professor of Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University, gave a public lecture. He explained how the technology could be used in the management of educational fundraising organizations.

After the plenary session seven master classes opened at the same time. The areas of the internship included educational robotics, Lego instructional design, and the creation of educational films in the software environment Premiere Elements.
